The Foster Group was founded by lead attorney Troy P. Foster. Mr. Foster has more than two decades of experience in law, human resources and mediation — all of which make him a powerful advocate for clients with employment law, human resources or health care legal challenges.

A fourth-generation Arizonan raised in Prescott, Mr. Foster graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 1996. He began his law career as a clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, then worked as an attorney for the Phoenix office of Lewis & Roca. He expanded his knowledge of human resources and employment law as vice president of HR Resolutions Group and Mediation. More recently, he served as human resources director, then general counsel, for Mountain Park Health Center.

Beyond his work as an attorney and human resources professional, Mr. Foster is a published author and has worked for Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis as an adjunct professor of law. He considers himself a family man first and an attorney second, and this worldview gives him the perspective on tough cases that allows him to suggest innovative and cost-effective solutions.
